A Sword Is Coming
Ezekiel 33:2 - 6 "Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand."
An Open Letter to Every Man, Woman and Child:
Friend, we are writing this letter to you because we are morally obligated to warn you of an impending event of global magnitude. Our warning is not unlike that of the forecaster on the local news who routinely warns you of dangerous weather conditions. It is up to you to heed the forecaster's advice and prepare for the storm to come, or do nothing. Like the advice given by the forecaster, we cannot make you listen to us, nor can we make you prepare for the storm to come, but we are responsible for warning you of a coming storm, or rather a sword, the likes of which the world has never seen.
God's day of judgment is coming. All of those whose names are found written in the LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE will be saved and will receive eternal life. To each of those not written within the book, an eternity in the lake of fire awaits. "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:15
God's has a plan of salvation that is SIMPLE. It's so simple that even a child can understand it. Read the following:
John 3:16 - 18 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Acts 16:27 - 31 "And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
John 3:36 - "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Romans 10:13 - "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved".
Romans 5:8 - "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
1. Admit you are a sinner.
2. Be willing to turn from your sin (repent).
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried and rose from the dead.
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Savior.
