Meet Our Pastor

Dale Reed

Pastor Dale Reed is a graduate of Carthage High School and earned degrees of Bachelor of English Bible and Master of English Bible from Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary in Henderson, Texas. He has been in the ministry for 36 years. He is also a certified Master Chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. He has served as a law enforcement chaplain for 27 years. In addition he is also a State of Texas certified Peace Officer. Currently he serves as the Chaplain of the Carthage Police Department and assists all area law enforcement agencies as needed.

His first duty is that of full time Pastor of Carthage Missionary Baptist Church, located at 916 W. Sabine Street in Carthage. Dale is available night and day to assist you as needed.

Dale and his wife, Joni Willis Reed, reside at 918 W. Sabine Street in Carthage, Texas.
